Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

  • Personal or hygiene products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

To complete your return, you need to provide a purchase receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email that we have received your return and advise you of the status of your refund approval.

If a refund is approved, the funds will be automatically refunded to your credit card or original payment method; processing time may vary.

Delayed or non-refund
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account first.

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to be officially credited to your account.

Next, contact your bank; some banks may require additional processing time.
